I'm very happy with the service I received at this State Farm office. I was in a time crunch, needing both homeowners and car insurance. Canon Nieffenegger was very helpful and got it done quickly with good rates. The office staff is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this office for insurance needs, and glad I found them.

I cannot say enough about Nate and his whole office staff. We found ourselves in a situation(car wreck that totaled our car) that no one wants to deal with but so glad to have this team behind us!!! When we called the office, Alex is who answered. Alex was amazing during the whole process. She was so patient every time I called and helped us through the whole process. The process was seamless. State Farm member for years and I've always been happy with the service. The Idaho Falls office is exceptional, quick to respond and easy to work with. While reviewing our policy, realized a few changes needed to be made so I called in for an appointment. We stopped in the next day and we were helped by Office Rep Alexandra who was friendly and handled the issue quickly.
